  • What is a Smart Home?

    A Smart Home is what you make it - your home but better! Have the ability to automate, control aspects such as lighting, heating, blinds, garage doors and more. You can view remotely & control from your smart phone or tablet, or set routines so that when you're away you can have the peace of mind to know what's going on in your house.

  • I don't own my house, I rent. Can I still install Smart Technology?

    Yes, we can design and fit a non destructive solution so that when you move you can take your kit with you and revert the property to its original state. 

  • I already have some stuff, do I need to get rid of it??

    Not necessarily, we will always endeavour to utilise and integrate your existing kit if possible. Sometimes it isn't and it's why we would always recommend our consultation service prior to you starting down the smart technology route, giving you the best available solution for your budget.

  • How much does it cost?

    This is a difficult question, and largely depends on the solution that best fits your requirements and the number of items to be controlled, how much existing equipment can be used etc. Contact us for a free consultation and we can better advise on cost.

  • Is it secure?

    We always use best practices to ensure that any system we install is as secure as possible. We always recommend making sure that your firewall and anti-virus software is up to date and correctly installed.


  • Can I not just go to the shop and buy this stuff?

    Well, yes you can - but how do you know you are getting the right stuff? The wrong purchase could cost a lot of money and not do what you want it to - or may not be future proof. Always speak with us first and let us set up, install and train you on how to use it to take away the stress.
